I am a splenectomy patient splenectomy done on 2014, now Iam on pentids 400 twice daily now I am always suffering from running nos , caugh, sometime breathing problem

Take pneumococcal vaccination if not taken.. if vaccinated and problem still present then show to a local pulmonologist
