I am experiencing numbness on the lest side of the body including face, hands and legs Chest pain since 3 months... ECG and all other tests are normal Also sudden headches and some kind of pain behind my head and also on top.. Please suggest what might be the cause??

Most likely in neck or brain is the cause. Can show the test which are done. Try routine exercises and avoid electronic devices and TV Try relaxation exercises like deep breathing
