Numbness on Genital
I feel numbness in my genital area, to be more precise very less feeling. I get arousal when with partner but not that much feeling as before and there are 2 black Mark's kind of bumps also recently I can see under my foreskin when I pull it down.

I believe u r scared unnecessarily
Sensations over penis gradually decrease with age. And the spots might be just pigmentation
However u must physically consult a Urologist who will examine carefully and clear all ur doubts
