Numbness in penis
I am suddenly experiencing numbness in penis while masturbating, there is no such tingling or needle like feeling, but when I ejaculate I don't experience orgasm and even very less sensation on penis, I am having no problem with erection, i don't cycle much and even don't sit for long hours. It started over night and it has been a week. Also I experience very less sensation while urinating, feels like my urethra has gone numb. When I masturbate, it feels like my ureters are stretching and there is a bit painful feeling near my bladder.
