Hi, My name is Rajnish Soni and I work as an Engineer. Last week accidentally I stepped on iron nails and it gave some minor injuries at the bottom of left foot. I got tetanus injection at the same day within an hour. And I use to wear safety shoes also for almost 8 hours. Now my both toes are hard at sides. From last week I am feeling numbness and pins and needles like in my left toe right top side. I put my feet in warm water with salt for around 15 min for 3 days but no relief. Kindly suggest me if I need any medication or it is going to be alright. Please tell me this is not a major issue?
I attched the photographs of my left foot.
