Numbness in left toe

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have numbness in left toe. It has been for nearly 4 months now. I did not take it seriously earlier. But now it never seems to recover. The numbness is only in the lower part of the toe.Should I consult a doctor regarding this. If so which specialist should I consult.
