Numbness in left leg
My nature of work at workplace is inactive, very less physical activities. For past 2 months, if I sit little more slided-down in the chair, I feel a kind of numbness in my whole left leg - from Hip-bone to toe. When I rest, it is fine. Please help me know the reason for this. What I may do to avoid it. Please advise.
