Numbness in left hand
I am in to long distance cycling. Last week I cycled 250 km and next day got numbness in my left hand I am not able to move my little finger and exert pressure from my thumb

Numbness in your hand and unable to lift little finger may be a symptoms of nerve compression may be at cervical spine or at wrist or along its pathway from cervical spine to hand which may be caused by tight muscles so better consult a Physiotherapist near you Thank you
