I have severe tingling and numbness in palms. Have been drinking. Alcohol a lot.irregular eating habits.

Avoid alcohol and Take vitamin B12 injections alternate day for 5 doses ( injection Nurokind is sufficient ) and check ur sugar levels in the morning
