Numbness in hands and leg
There is numbness in hands, legs and sometime on face below eyes although not very severe. Can it be due to stiffness in neck and shoulder, cervical, disturbed sleep cycle, overusing phone, over thinking?

Numbness in hands and legs can be due to cervical spine problems. You need to do a proper consult with a physician to rule out certain diseases and achieve a diagnosis. Hope that helps. Thanks.
