Numbness in arm
The past couple nights I have had difficulty sleeping because of numbness in my left arm. Last night I woke up to my entire left arm being completely numb with pins and needles and a warm numbing feeling in the whole arm. I haven’t had any changes to my sleeping positions so I’m not sure why this would be occurring suddenly.

There isn't sufficient information to give you a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to meet a neurologist so that you can be examined and undergo necessary investigations such as thyroid profile, vitamin B12, etc to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
