Numbness, Chest, Arm, Face.

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hello I have a question latley last week and well today ive been feeling my face tingle, my lip will slightly twitch as well as my eyes last week was my left side today is my right. i feel like i have ants all over my face, and my left arm occasionally goes numb, ill feel my throat kind of close up and my chest compress a bit i have to kind of grasp for a breath and then it goes away... any reasons why?
