Numbness and tingling in right hand

Asked for Female, 70 Years

Hello sir/madam My father got seizures than we admitted him hospital they given treatment for 1 week after he discharge from hospital. he suffering with tingling, numbness in right hand (arm to fingers) then again we consult the doctor for that reason he advised testes NCS and MRI Cervical spine but in this everything normal and again doctor advised another test EMG . So EMG test will find out the exact reason ? SO actually what should be the reason for that ?
