Numbness and swelling in part of foot
Hello doctors - I'm 28 years old male and overweight. From past couple of weeks I noticed some numbness in a part of my right foot. There's also a little swelling. I do not have any pain or other symptoms but the numbness bothers me. I get a pulling sensation when I scratch or touch around the swelling. Could you please advise what it could be?

Difficult to analyse, very vague symptoms, should have been more specific, which part of leg,is the numbness over the swelling or they both are separate entities.
Should have attached a picture of it along.
