Numbing of ring finger and little finger
During sleep, i generally woke up due to numbing in my ring finger and little finger. And a little bit numbing i feel in my lower elbow region. After massaging my hand for some time it comes to normal state. It happens only during sleeping and happens 3-4 times in a particular night. Is it normal? or do i have to worry about this?

Hello, This usually happens when you sleep with your hands folded under your head. Change the posture of sleeping, and it should resolve instantly. If it isn't resolved, consult a neurologist.
