Numb shoulders and back of the head

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Even though i sleep for 8-9 hours , there are still days when i feel like sleeping again its because i have numb shoulder and numb head ( back of head and behind the ears ) and my hear beat fastens and i feel tight forehead even during a bath if i apply soap i could feel my body paining.please tell me which doctor to consult ? medicine ? ortho etc?
