  4. Numb Hand when I wake up a d ride bike.

Numb Hand when I wake up a d ride bike.
I feel numb or pinch in my right hand when I wake up or even when I ride my bike. I also feel pain in my palm specially in Thumb and Point finger. I am unable to form a ✊ fist This is going ok for over 6month now. Need advice on why this is caused and which specilist doctor to visit. Regards, Ashish Kumar

This can be due to nerve compression at wrist known as carpal tunnel splint. Can consult a neurologist
