Hi my nt scan is normal but my dual marker test is postive..down syndrome is 1:211 cut off 1:250 ... please it's normal or not please advise me

Is the dual test is positive you need to get a NIPT or amniocentesis  done.... further thing depends upon your previous history and other findings... you can consult with your gynecologist for a detailed management
