Noticed this on my back
Not sure what this is on my back. It was painful like a pimple at first but now doesn't hurt at all. I'm pretty worried.

I would like to know the duration of the lesion. Does it hurt if you press it? There are some small skin growths which come from skin and its appendages which can be painful. It may be a keloid too.
