Noticed a small lump on bottom buttcheek

I noticed it today. There is no pain and it’s hard. What can this be? I tried to squeeze it but nothing came out.

It must be an abscess . See a physician or a gynaecologist who will give you antibiotic and it will either subside or become an pustular abscess . She will later drain it .
