Not Walking 2.3 years old
My Niece Who is now 2 years 3 months now.
Her History is she pre-matured baby (7.5moths),
Our concern is that, till date She not walking and have very fearful always to walk. When we hold her hand start walk with her happily walk but the moment we leave her hand try to walk her on her won, she get scared and start crying.
