Asked for Female, 33 Years

My period was due Monday 02/26/2018. On Thursday 03/01/2018 I started spotting. When I wear a pad there would be no blood but when I put on a tampon there would be little spots of blood in a clear fluid. This goes on until 03/11/2018. On 03/12/2018 I woke up and there was light blood/brownish in my pad. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Now today 03/14/2018 it seems to have cleared but I wiped and there was like a very light pink spot and that is all.
