Not satisfied after urinating
Today morning when i woke up and when i go to urinate i feel like my gall bladder is still full even after urinating. What might be the caude of this. Is is temporary or permanent

urinary bladder you meant, correct. If you have a good flow of urine, then you need not worry about. if the symptoms are persistent inspite of good flow, then get a Ultrasound of Abdomen and pelvis to look for any stones or obstruction along with post void residual urine assessment.
