Not pooping
My 45 days old baby was pooping frequently until 3 days before. Now for 3 days haven't pooped even once. Is it a matter of concern? How long can I wait?

If baby is not having any stomach pain baby passing the gas is well and taking feeding well you can wait for next two or three days
