Asked for Female, 27 Years

My kid 1yr old did not passed urine dis whole day.jus passed once as soon as she got up frm bed. Having heavy cold n chest infection past 4days. antibiotic medicine under doc prescription(zyrtec drops,zyda n levolin). Does dis creates serious problm? Pls help
