Not having periods after unwanted 72

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I had unprotected test on 5 Jan and took unwanted 72 on 7 Jan then I had bleeding on 15 Jan to 17 Jan but it's now 20 Feb my periods not occur I did test but it came negative.i m pregnant or not plz help
