Not getting periods. Should i do now'?

Hello madam,, you are not specified how many days back you are supposed to get get your regular periods,, and when you did your urine pregnancy test. And whether your periods were regular before. Coming to the situation if you had any unprotected sexual Intercourse with your partner and if that sexual Intercourse is successful enough to cause fertilization (getting you pregnant), then urine pregnancy tests can detect positive pregnancy tests from 21st day of your regular cycles(chances of false negative are more in the earlier days), almost all cases are detectable from 28th day of your regular cycle. Since you are not specified when you did your pregnancy test it is hard to comment on your result. Ultrasound abdomin is another way of detecting pregnancy in a women.
