Not getting periods after primolut n

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I had Primolut n to delay my periods.But its already 10days over i didnt get periods. Generally I wil be getting regular periods. Till now i never faced any issues with period. Is there any change for pregancy??And also me and my husband didnt get any into intimation
