Not geting period after having duphaston
I'm not getting my periods since 6 months and I'm not sexually active so I took the consultation..they told me to take duphaston 2 times for 3 days..it has been 7 days since I completed the medication but didn't got the periods yet

Take Tablet Femilon once a day for 21 days at bedtime and then stop
You will get your periods after you stop taking the medication after 7 days
Next Steps
Avoid fast food and stress and sleep with light off for 8 hours at bedtime
Take a boiled egg daily
Regular eating and sleep habits

Get thyroid test done empty stomach if abnormal delay next time also
