Not gaining weight
I consume around 2800 calories a day(according to nutrition tracking app) . I have no illness, no digestion problem. I even had a check of my thyroid , only tsh was high at 5.08. I feel generally okay throughout the day. Except mentally because I am sick to the core, of hearing from everyone that I am too skinny, too thin,  that too from childhood. This affects my mental health severely. I even think of taking those weight gain powder and pills. At this point I am thinking of doing anything to get out of this situation. I am of age 22, height of 5 ft 8 inches and weight of 53 kgs . Please someone suggest me something . Please.

Frequent Meals: Aim for 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day rather than just 3 large meals. 4. Protein Intake:Consume an adequate amount of protein to support muscle growth. Sources include lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, legumes, and dairy. 5. Healthy Fats: Include sources of healthy fats like avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil to increase calorie intake. 6. Complex Carbohydrates: Opt for whole grains like brown rice, whole wheat bread, and oats to provide sustained energy. 7. Limit Empty Calories:Avoid excessive sugary and processed foods. Opt for nutrient-dense options instead. 8. Strength Training: Engage in resistance exercises to build muscle mass. This can help increase your weight in a healthy way. 9.
