Not gaining weight
A 22years old female. height is 165cm.weight is43kg , which is remaining constant for past one and half years.wht should do to gain weight?

Hello, check your thyroid level and if you have any other medical problem . If medical problem have food containing protein like mutton ,chicken ,fish .egg .milk and milk products .. Have 4 meals a day and exercise daily so that you will have increased appetite.
