Not enough beard and moustache

Hello there, I am really feeling bad about my beard growth, im 22 and still have a goatee but nothing. My cheeks are still plain, having one or two hairs here and there. My father have a full beard and how can i get my beard faster? Please help me, i owe you big time. Thanks
