When I see or smell food I feel instantly sick. And I've been getting this for past 6 months. I am now going through a break up so now could be stress but I have lost about a stone and half in the 6 months and maybe more now. I am worried. I look anorexic. I think it's mentally not physically.

Whenever there is anxiety there is tendency to have nausea and vomiting which is aggravated by smell of food. Start doing meditation and regular exercises. Take proper sleep and take care of yourself. There are ups and lows in life and you need to face them. Accept the changes and move on it would help you feel light and less anxious. Do things which would deviate your concentration. Start eating with less quantity of what you like
