Not doing urine properly & puffiness eye

Hello sir, My daughter age is 19 month , she has fever for 4 to 5days and from last 3 days she has no fever . But she is not doing urine properly. She is doing only 3 to 4 time in a day. She has puffiness of eyes also. What is the reason for that. Doctor advised me for urine test . Am attaching doctor prescription also. Kindly suggest

Please get the urine output. If it's nephrotic, then the treatment is different.. please get the reports and show a doctor

Please get the urine test done and review the reports with a pediatrician as soon as possible. It maybe allergic reaction for which treatment is going on. If it is related to kidney issue ie - nephrotic syndrome, urine report will tell. In that case, treatement is different and must not be delayed.
