Not able to think anything of future,

Am Not able to think of future,am not able to plan for future, it happen from the insident of my late uncle with sudden death, my psychology has changed from before , from the insident happen I got a thought I will also die, some kind of fear of own death has stuck in mind, don't know how to get rid of this? It affecting my thinking process! Pls help
