Not able to speak fluently
My son is 2.4 yrs old and he is not able to speak fluwntly.Although he understands our talking and actions and he speaks too much but the words speak by him are not understanble by us.

Hi thanks for writing  to Practo consult. Child needs development specialist pediatrician evaluation and speech therapy. Also get a hearing test done.
