Not able to smell every morning
Hello, Last week I suffered fever, cold and body ache after that I tested for COVID and it was negative. I took consultation and I was prescribed some medicines like azythromycin. One fine morning I woke up while I was still on medication and had severe cold, runny nose I noticed that I can't smell anything. Thats when I took COVID test again and it was negative. That whole day I had no smell. From next day something same happened like this but this time after few hours of waking up my smell returned. And since then it happens daily that when I get up in the morning I have no smell and when day passes by it returns in the morning itself within an hour or 2 after waking up. Not sure why this is happening ? Also I am prone to seasonal allergy but these days during the winters it is settled down . Please suggest for this smell disorder.

You may need to get your nose examined with a nasal endoscopy and Ct scan. You could visit an ENT for the same and get started on preliminary anti allergic medication before you get the tests.
