Not able to reduce weight
Hello sir. My height is 5.6 and my weight is 70.5 approx. I am not able to reduce weight even after dieting and exercising. I do cycling almost 4 kms a day and half an hour walk . My most of the fat is deposited in thigh area and butt. Kindly suggest me something which can help me to achieve my ideal weight according to BMI.

You have to loose 8kgs by maintaining a proper balanced diet with low carbohydrates, low fat, moderate protein and adequate amount of drinking water.
