Not able to lift weights
Hi I am male 26 years old I am suffering with Cervical Spondylitis and hypothyroid as well currently using thyronorm 50mg. Problem is I can feel that there is no strength in muscles I am not able to lift weights what should I do what kind of strength training should I take can I go to gym? Please suggest.

Hello.. Well yes if you are not feeling the strength you need to do some exercise for your muscles...first I would suggest you to go to a physiotherapist so that they will teach you some exercises and tell you what not to do...then you can do them as well as hit the gym
