Not able to have sex
The foreskin on my penis doesn't slide back. It has been that way since birth. It can slide back a little but beyond that it pains. What procedures are available. I want my foreskin, it should just slide back.

Thank you for asking. I can understand the distress you are through. Your complaint is suggestive of a condition called as Phemosis. A condition in which the foreskin is tight and retraction if painful or not possible. It is a surgical problem and can be corrected with minor procedure known as circumcision. You must consult with a general surgeon regarding this. However, before the management can be decided, a detailed evaluation of the severity is needed. The important fact is that it is completely curable.
