Not able to find the root cause

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Maam/ sir from past 6 days i have headache mild to moderate on back side of head and sometimes global but persistent along with nausea, I had an eye exam 15 days back then I went to a general physician she said all looks fine and prescribed antacid pills and said to again come back after 2 days. Bp - 130/70 , Sp02- 98 apart from it from last 17-18 days I sometimes see shiny black dots they disappear appear. I do not have any history of migraine and this is the first time I have headache for this long. I do not kn what to do how many more physicians to visit , can anyone help me out? Both the reports are attached for reference.
