Not able to find meaning if life
I love a girl but don’t have the courage to tell her. Its a past now almost 6 years passed away from last 4 years I rarely had a conversation with her,I feel so happy enjoying life, but at the same time I feel a pain in my heart as I cannot tell her about my feelings. Now as I am 28 parents are looking to arrange a marriage for me, I am not sure whether I can proceed with this arranging set up for marriage and all while meeting with a girl I am not sure whether I can be happy or not. How can I get over my emotions and forget her?

You need to first decide whether you want to forget her or not. Forgetting of course means moving on. You cannot really erase a memory from your brain. If you don't want to move on, ask her out. If that is not a possibility, try to move on. If you have a mental block in asking her out, clarify that. If required, visit a counselor. I wonder if you have spoken to someone about it. If you choose to move on then remember that you need to give a chance to other experiences and people to get over your past. Think of doing what you are doing right now as building a past for yourself. Decide what kind of past do you want to have 1 or 2 years from now.
