I m 26 yr male.smoking 10 cigg per day since 6 yr.have been masturbating in prone (pressing on bed) whole life.have sexual feeling most of time but cant get erect.tried sex but couldnt get erect .help plz.feeling depressed

U seem to be suffering from performance anxiety due to overthinking about ur ability to satisfy your partner. U need anxiolytic medicine before sex. U need to cut down cigarettes.
