Not able to perfom sex
I m 26 yr old. but i have pecuilar prob.i have been masturbating prone(penis pressing on bed)all life.but can do conventional way nowdays by rubbing penis at bed for some time.dont have too much erection in whole day.tried sex few time with gorgeous grl but couldnt get erect even while they were naked.i m smoker.10 ciggs per day for 6 yr.is my prob psycogenic or vascular.i m planning to get married.help me plz

U might be suffering from performance anxiety due to overthinking about ur ability to satisfy your partner. U need anxiolytic medicine before sex to overcome this. And also u need to cut down cigarettes.
