I'm not able to speak clear and my accent is not clear My mouth always full of water and throat always full of cough ..! Give me solution bcoz clear speech nd accent clear is just matter for ..! Would you give me best suggestion.. Thankuhh

Hello.......either you have throat infection or hypersalivation.. Hypersalivation is optimally treated by treating or avoiding the underlying cause.Mouthwash and tooth brushing may have drying effects... It could be due to gerd, gastroperesis, oral ulcer, etc......
