Nostril and back of the teeth pain
Hello all, Two nights ago, i was cleaning my house and the dust created some irritation in my nose but it didn't cause sneezing. However, since yesterday morning, i have pain in my right nostril along with pain in the back of my upper right side teeth. I can breathe freely as well as there's no sore throat. Are these symptoms of dust allergy or something else? Thank you

These signs are of allergy , but the pain part needs to discussed in detail. We need to rule out associated infection(rhinitis). You can take an antiallergic for now which suits and for pain can take tab pcm if not allergic to it.
Next Steps
For detailed discussion take an online consult
Health Tips
Take steam, do breathing excercise. Take hot fluids.
