Sir, my nose is very big, it looks crappy. On the nose bone has also increased, tell any remedy or remedy.

Infact your nose is not very big. You can still consult with a good ENT surgeon or a plastic surgeon for a "rhinoplasty surgery" (only if there is real deformity)
