Is nose fillers good for sharpening the nose ? Or if there is any other to sharpen the nose please tell me.

No, primarily septorhinoplasty is the only corrective approach. Fillers have a role later on for filling in small defects that remain about 6 months subsequently. Ultimately it is for the aesthetic surgeon to decide on whether they are required or not.
