I cannot breathe when aroma of strong thing like oil is there i just feel much irritated too can you hrlp me out dry nose is also my problem i cannot vear any ointment my nose doesnt allows me.Please Help me out

It is due to nasal allergy take a course of antihistamines u will be fne.
