Nose pin stuck inside skin
Hi doc I got my nose piercing at Kalyan jewellery through Gun shot in 2021 sometime in  November I changed 3 nose pin as nothing was properly fixing Now after 3rd nose pin change the skin is overgrown under the bottom of nose pin As it was during pregnancy I was scared of consulting doctor Now it's been 8 months post delivery still im breastfeeding my daughter accidentally tried pulling it but it didn't come Now what happened is it formed like a pimple above the nose and through clear skin tissue I can see the bottom of the ring Nose pin top region I could remove as it was about to fall..now the bottom of nosepin I'm not able to remove it as it's stuck inside the skin but it's thin and visible What should I do next? Should I consult a dermatologist or gynec? Or piercer?? And note the pimple was treated with mupirocin so now I don't have any pain with pimple and even when I tried moving nosepin it doesn't hurt
